Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Georgia

my child was put on the bus without me knowing she walked home fromthe bus stop by herself she is only 5 i did not write her a note to get on tha bus. when i went an spoke to the principle she did't think she did anything wrong they put a 5 year old on tha bus without any consent she walked home from tha bus stop by herself .. What do i need to do because that is just not right
