Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Georgia
If the health care bill is unconstitutional based on the gov't's. ability to force it's citizens to buy insurance...then how can the neccessity to buy car insurance be equally enforced?

Car insurance is part of the "contract" to use state roads (as is emissions, tag, etc), not an overall requirement for everyone across the board. Not comparable.
