Lien placed on property
Location:Perry GA(Houston County)
Situation: Contractor built house but didn't pay suppliers.
Question: What should I do first to fix this situation? I've already contacted contractor and supplier with no luck. Contractor is getting ready to file chapter 11.

No one here can tell you if the lien is valid, or what all your options could be. If the lien is valid, and the contractor cannot pay, you might be left with resolving it with the supplier.
