Legal Question in Construction Law in Georgia
contractor question
Is it a law in Georgia that a contractor has to be given the opportunity to fix any alleged mistakes made when performing work on a house before payment is refused? And do they have to be given this opportunity within a certain amount of time? Is there a law or statute we can reference and where can we read it?
