Roofing

Had roof replaced ,but roofers did not make sure that roof was covered and rain got into house causing damage now that the roof is done How can I be assured that they will repair the damages from the rain and am I obligated by law to pay for roofing with out getting somthing from them saying the will fix my damages they caused

You can't be assured that they will pay for the water damage. You simply have to request/demand that they pay (hopefully with some supporting documentation regarding cost of the damage). And if they don't either get a lawyer to send a demand letter or file suit.

You may not be obligated to pay for the roofing job if they breached your agreement by failing to protect against rain depending on the circumstances.
