Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
2000 Dodge Ram , lemon truck, problems with manufacturer.
I recently purchased a new truck that has had several problems. truck has only 4500 miles on it and has been in for repair a total of 62 days so far. truck is still not working correctly. Manufacturer is only offering replacement, I want them to buy it back. Can I make them buy it back or do I have to settle for replacement.

It is your choice as to whether to force them to take it back or give you a replacement. I have several other lawsuits pending against car dealers who have simply screwed up in this area of dealing with customers. I am going after them for punitive damages, attorneys fees, etc.
