Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
I bought a new car about 1 1/2 ago few months after ihad to quit my job ,, now they are fixen to reposse it what can i do or can and will they sue me in court for balance even though i don't have a job,, i can't file bankruptcy

Once they get teh car back, they will sue you for a deficiency in all likelihood. Once you again are working, they will garnishee you, and they can also grab your bank account and other assets. Bankruptcy might be your only way out so see a lawyer ASAP.
