Client stopped payment on check-refuses to return parts
We performed service on a car, new parts installed. Client stopped payment on check, refused to return part. Where do I need to go to pursue a criminal warrant for this guy and get my part back?

Go to the local sheriff's office and file a criminal complaint for the part as well as the check.
