Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
False product shipping Time
I ordered an item from a reputable website with the understanding and promise it would be recieved by a certain date. Not only was the item not recieved, But I was told it had not even SHIPPED a day later than it was supposed to arrive. Please tell me if I have any ground to stand on against this company.

We don't know where the "understanding" and "promise" came from. Was it the policy on theri website? Further, what is the return or cancellation policy? Those are the places to look first -we don't have that information.
