hotel libiality
a hotel where I was staying had a sprinkler system bust and my room as well as my bed was wet from water leaking from the ceiling. I was not offer another room or remburstment for my room. how can I make the hotel responsable ?

First, contact the manager of the hotel. If that doesn't work after a day or two and the hotel is part of a chain, you should contact the hotel's online complaint site and copy the local manager. However, if it is a franchised location or a non-chain hotel, you may have a more difficult time.
If they don't offer a fair settlement in a reasonably short time, you may want to sue the hotel in small claims court.

If they won't offer you a fair settlement, you can take them to small claims court.
