NSF house paymenet
What is the name of your state? Florida
I was 3 months behind on my house payments. Two of the check written for payment was returned for NSF. They foreclosed on the house. Can they prosecute me for the NSF checks?:(

If you knew there were insufficient funds when you wrote the checks, that is a crime. If it was a mistake, then it is not.
