what do i need to do if i ordered something offline and when i got it, it was broken, i called the company and told them i wanted my money back and she told me what i had to do. I did it all and they still wont return my money and its been a year. I have emailed them 6 or 7 times telling them i dont want it i want my money and they just dont care. i read there return policy and it said to do just what the woman told me and i did it all. thank you

If you paid by credit card, contact the credit card company to determine whether you can do a charge back for the item.
