Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

I purchased a 2013 kia optima with 26,000 miles on it from carmax 3/2/16. I have had to get sway bars replaced on it, which was covered under warranty. Carmax said there were no rust issues and the car was "carmax certified and inspected." Today, a Kia dealership said the rotors were severely rusted and brake pads worn. What do I need to do to enforce the consumer rights act of 2015? I want a different car

You have a contract and warranty with Carmax, so that is where you look to enforce a contractual right or remedy. What someone tells you is meaningless. Even with Carmax, it is still a used car and if you don't have it checked out by your own mechanic you are accepting the car as-is or with the warranty they provide. There is no "consumer rights act" that changes that. Make noise at Carmax about repairs.

The only "consumer rights act of 2015" is a British statute. This is the United States. We don't use British law. In Georgia, you have NO rights as to a used car, as it is an "As is" sale, except you CAN enforce the warranty. Unless the parts you reference were in the warranty in writing, you pay for them and you fix them.
