Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

Question about car purchase

I just purchased a vehicle. Turns out that the transmission on it was bad. They put a new one in. They gave me a loaner car to drive while it was in the shop. I know now that they overcharged me for the vehicle. I am not sure if I want it anymore especially with all the issues. If they are not willing to negotiate with me, do I still have to purchase the car?

Re: Question about car purchase

Your post is not clear. In your first sentence, you say you purchased a car but they charged you too much. You later ask if you "have to purchase the car," as if the sale has not taken place. You do not state the terms of the sale, and whether it was "as is" or had a warranty. Most used car sales are "as is," and repairs are your responsibility the instant you sign.
