return of a car just bought
bought a new car, and it has not been 24 hrs. and now I have second thoughts. can I return it without any penalities

You signed a contract - wht does it say? It is unlikely it allows you to return he car with no penalties.

When you buy a car you own it. If you "return" it, that is a repo, and you risk being sued. The only exception is if your car contract gives you a return priviledge (rare, but a few dealers do it).
