Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

Re-Writing Auto Loan Financing Contract

I purchased a new vehicle 8 hours ago at 5:30 on a Saturday night. After signing the contract for financing the car through the dealership and driving the car home and really looking at the numbers on paper, I realized that the 0.0% financing rate I chose was not the better deal and the $3000.00 manufacturer rebate would have benefited me more. DO I have a time frame (days or hours) in which I can have the contract re-written to reflect the better deal?

Re: Re-Writing Auto Loan Financing Contract

There is no time period to get out of a contract in this situation - it is valid when signed. Your contract may have been contingent on financing approvall, which may be an out if you are not approved. Good luck.
