travel trailer warranty

Purchased a new camper 3/30/06. We live in apart of Georgia that had a dry spring and summer then we built a carport and kept it under that . This Dec. we pulled camper to Fl. in the rain when we got to site floor camper and shelves were wet. There was cond. on all windows when we returned home we noticed a crack above window brought to dealer who did an inspection got an est. for repair 13,694.90 warranty manager wanted to give us a new one but manufacturer said no it can be fixed do we have to accept this or can we get a new on or refund The crack appears to be a hole that was filled sanded and blended in but with the water damage its coming loose also both slides a water damaged back slide wont even come out its so warped (service tech said)Roof is spongy and wall are all wavey How can they sell a camper with a hole in it as new we paid 22,223.24 for it. Hole wasn,t noticable at the time of purchase
