Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

undisclosed collision on automobile

recently purchased a used 2005 auto with aprox 16,000 miles left on manufacturer's warranty. selling dealer had a clean carfax report and a signed affidavit from previous owner that auto had never been in a collision. within a week of my purchase the auto was taken to the manufacturer dealership for an issue with the air conditioning. the manufacturer dealership refused to repair the problem because the vehicle has had the radiator replaced with an after market unit and pointed out other issues that show the auto was in a collision. i would not have purchased the auto if i had known this an now the warranty left on the auto is basically null and void because i feel the manufacturer will use this to refuse future repair issues due to the collision. do collision repairs have to be reported in ga and what legal if any recourse do i have, thanks
