Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

A business called us for service. We have been trying to collect for the past two years. We recently sent a final notice and they responded by saying that "He, the owner nor the GM authorize this service" but the invoice was signed by someone at that establishment. Can we still hold that business liable for nonpayment?

There's no way to answer you with the facts you left out, and it seems very strange that you would sit on a bill for two years.

Call your business lawyer (every business should have one) and see if he recommends suit or just chalking it up to experience.
