Isnt it illegal for creditors to call your job harassing you regarding payment? What are my rights regarding creditors calling my job regarding my personal accounts with them when I cannot take personal calls at work and its affecting my work performance. Please let me know my rights as far as this is concerned.

Under the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act creditors cannot call your work number if you ask them not to. So ask the not to call you there. If they keep calling you conact me or another attorney.
