Debt collection
My roommate is past due on a bill, I came home and check our message on the phone we share, ane the place where he owes a bill left a message stating he was past due and that the manager went over the contract with him ion the office and stuff about his personal business. I didnt know who or where the message was from or was it for me or my roommate til i checked the message. Is this legal for them to leave such a personal and indepth message?

If it's a phone number he gave as his, sure it's legal.
