debt collection
I was served probate court papers on a debt from my corporation listing me personally d/b/a one of the companies in the corp. I personaly did not operate this business . Shouldn't my corporation be serve d/b/a the company

Now that thecase has been filed, and you were served, it will haveto be dealt with in court, regardless of whay could have or should have been the case. We can't respond to the merits of a lawsuit we know nothing about. See a lawyer.
