What is your question? Obviously, no one here knows how much you owe, the terms of the supposed settlement, etc., since you decided to not tell us. If you want a meaningful response, you need to provide all the facts and ask a specific question.

Why on earth did you "settle" with your hoa without an attorney? What were the terms of the settlement? Did you read it? What does it say?

How much more do they want?

Answer these questions and I *may* be able to answer you more fully.

As noted, you ask no questions. Before you settled, you should have gotten a written letter outlining the terms. If you just paid money so that the sale could go through and did not get a letter, then they can legally ask you for the balance.

Review your paperwork and try posting again with the relevant facts or pay an attorney to review your papers.
