im getting ready to go to court for a civil suit so iwas wondering if i could put my house in my son name in one of the quick deed changes before i go to court in case i lose could they still try to take my house?

No! That is fraud. If you own your house outright, you can only exempt up to $21,500 in equity in your home. How is the hoe titled? Do you have a spouse?

Before you mess this up, you need to see a lawyer. Now. How much is the debt for? Is bankruptcy an option? What else do you own? Can you settle the debt for less than what is owed? These are things you need to consider.
