Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

I received a judgement back in 2010 because I didn't have the documents to support my case. At this present time my wages are being garnish for this judgement. The problem is the document they presented to the court in 2010 is completely erroneous and I need to know how can I get this back in court because they are literally stealing money from me.

Failing to produce evidence is your fault and is unfixable now. Your options are to endure the garnishment, file bankruptcy if you qualify, or pay off the debt.

I agree with Attorney Ashman. There is a time period for challenging judgments and you waited too long. Now that your wages are being garnished, there are no other options than to finish the garnishment or file bankruptcy. Unlikely that you can settle now, but you can try if you can offer a lump sum.
