Doesn't matter if you know his bank account. If the judgment is against him personally and if he owns property in Georgia, has a bank account at a branch in Georgia or works in Georgia, you can go after him.

I represent debtors, not creditors. There are many GA law firms which do collection work and depending on the size of your judgment, they may be willing to take a piece of what they collect from the judgment in lieu of their fee. Have you tried Frederick Hanna's law firm? He is in Marietta, GA. Zwicker & Associates is in Lawrenceville. Greene & Cooper is in Roswell. But there are a bunch of other lawyers who will be willing to collect for you.
