Four wheeler
I bought someone a 4 wheeler in my name and they stopped paying on it 6-8 months ago with about $1500 left on it. I was wondering if i had the title in my name could i go and get the four wheeler since he isn't paying for it anymore? I live in Florida, he lives in Georgia. There isnt any proof that he's paid a anything.

It's really a question under Georgia law, not Florida law.
