Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

My wife left 5 months ago, saying she couldn't take it anymore. She left me with ALL the bills. I am struggling to make the house, car, camper, lights and insurance and even buy grocries. I have contacted the bank about refinancing. They will not do ANYTHING, unless my wife either, signs papers to refinance, OR, signs a quit-claim deed. She refuses to do anything saying "let them come take the house, i don't care" She is not helping make payments in any way. She has moved in with some "friends" that are multimillionaires, that are paying for everything for her. What the heck can I do to get the payments lower and avoid foreclosure? I still need a place to live.

What does your lawyer say? Until and unless you hire a lawyer nothing will happen, and you are 5 months overdue in hiring one. Things may or may not turn out as you hope, but the longer you go without counsel, the less likely it is that your resolution will be favorable.
