The age of consent for sexual activity in Georgia is 16. The only problem you may have is that a 17 year old is still under the control of his or her parent, so a 20 year old who purchases alcohol, keeps the other out past curfew, or contributes to the 17 year old disobeying their parents could be looking at getting in trouble for contributing to the delinquency of a minor or interference with child custody.
