Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I was arrested lastnight for false info in Georgia I used a alias that the police had arrested me under before but the same name I use ive been served a warrant under. I really don't understand how I can be picked up under a name assigned to me by law officials. but be charged when they ask me to identify myself and I give them that name
