Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I was arrested (misdemeanor) for theft by the company I worked for. I spoke with the companies attorneys, and agreed to pay reparations for the merchandise. This was 6 months ago. I thought it was over and done with, until I got a letter for arraignment today in the mail. I was not expecting this and was wondering what my best course of action is.
