Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
After i was arrested, ( told i was going to jail, in cuffs, back of car) i was questioned about the substance fouund in the car, as to what it was, what i was doing. i was never mirandized, is this evidence still admissable in court.

If you were not Mirandized, any confession you may have given will not be admissible.
