i have been banished from my county of residence where i have no priors. the exile was stipulated in my bond order. my charges are dui an other traffic violations but the exile was stipulated in tampering with government property in which i kicked the inside of the officers door. the court date on that could be a year or more and i want to go home. i filed a motion but i dont think it was seen i need some advice for my arguement that i have been punished unfairly an unjust.
