my brother is going to prison for conspiracy to distribute a firearm to a convicted felon. he got picked up and is in custody by u.s marshall. they got him in GA. and just last week he was shipped to FL. and in a few days hes gonna be to greenville SC for a separate situation.
my question is...
they offered a plea bargin..to "snitch" on a family friend, that will have him killed, or get 7-10yrs. can they do tha?t just by knowing about it?? does that charge come with a 7-10yr sentance?why was he shipped to FL?
