i am buying a car from a private dealership..i need to move out of state due to employment..as long as i make my payments,is this ok..cause he told me i couldnt and id have 2 just give the car back..im not ehind on anything

What does you contract say? The answer is there. We don't know who "He" is, but no person can contradict the contract. Read your contract.
