Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

How do I get a case dimissed? My ex-husbands ex-girlfried filed a police report stating that she saw me cause damage to her car. My ex-husband is willing to testify that he and she were home during the time they think the damage occured but did not see anything or anyone. Only that he saw a white car similar to mine leaving the subdivision. In addition I have 2 witnesses that I was with at the time of the incident. She filed the false report and I was arrested. My ex-husband is also willing to state that what is listed on the report is false.
