No, a DA can only charge you for crimes that occur in the county in which they occur. This is called venue and it is an essential element of any crime. Now sometimes a particular DA's office will cover more than one county, but if a crime occurred in County A it must be accused or indicted in County A and proven to have occurred in County A beyond a reasonable doubt. Some crimes by there nature may occur in more than one county and can be charged in any county in which they occur.

He can try. If he's unable to prove it happened in his county, he loses. If he can prove it, and you are wrong, he wins. Some crimes by their nature occur in multiple counties where proper venue may lie in more than one county.
