Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My daughter was arrested Feb 1 in Acworth for underage drinking bond was paid and she is being held due to an arrest warrant for assault in Bartow co. It is now Feb 6 and Bartow co still has not picked her up. Is there a time frame for them to do this?
