Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

Exspungement
My son was charged with selling a joint to a undercover on a college campus. He was given a program that he had to attend for twelve weeks once a week a group program. He was released early to attend school at home in NY and is doing well. He had no priors and they said we can get it expunged. how would I do that especially living in New York. This happened in Fulton County, Atlanta, Georgia.

If you want to proceed pro se (with out an attorney) Fulton County has a great web site and many forms that you can down load. Check it out.

Otherwise, hire an attorney. I or another one of the attorneys that post here would be happy to help you for a fee.
