Felony Rape Charge
I was just wondering in the state of Ga how much time can you serve for a felony rape charge what is the least and the max?

This is one of the "seven-deadly sins" as they are called in Georgia. The maximum penalty is life imprisonment. The mandatory minimum is ten years w/o possibility of parole.
