Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I am trying to find a county ordnance. I was charged with disorderly conduct. I am innocent, I was the one that called the police because my son had taken my truck after I had told him he could not. The charges were from an accident that had happened 24 hrs earlier were I accidentally cause a small scrap across my sons brow? This occurred in Columbia county, Georgia? I have court on Dec 9th and i need to find the ordnance?

What you need is to stop looking for the ordinance (which is available in the county offices and online), and get a lawyer. Criminal defendants without lawyers tend to not only do badly in court but often have consequences for life (a criminal conviction can make you nearly unemployable) that may be avoided. Monday morning, hire counsel. That is what innocent people do.
