We lease a place from a Marina,Marina leases from the corp.My husband does not get along with the manager. We were told that if we leaveour property and go on marina property we could be arrested because we tell people management sucks.

If you are on someone else's property without permission, you may be trespassing. Telling people that the management sucks is a different issue and could result in a defamation claim.
