Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
A girl I don't know cashed 2 fraudulent checks against my account, she had my ATM card. Will I be arrested for the checks or can I just dispute them?

You certainly might be arrested if you irresponsibly sit back and do nothing to protect yourself, your identity and your credit. You need to contact the police and your bank, check your credit reports now and later, and perhaps freeze your credit (among other possible things).
