Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

My girlfriend's ex-boyfriend sells drugs that are prescribed to him by his doctor. If she knows where the drugs are in the house, is that enough evidence for a search warrant? If not how can he be arrested for doing this?

My question is why in the world you and your girlfriend would want to stick your noses into illegal activity that apparently does not affect you. That can be dangerous.

As to whether that is grounds for a search warrant, that would be up to the local prosecutor.
