Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

ok first of all these lawyers are very rude!!! and second to the ones who left answers on my last question, u are higly mistaken!!!!!!! someone stole my identity and used all my information and i looked on busted.com for georgia and put the county in and i found all my info and a picture of someone else which cops have already been to my house knocking on my door showing me pictures of this person using my name when they get locked up! AND YES I WENT TO THE SHERRIFF DEPT. AND THEY DID NOT ARREST ME I WAS READY TO BE ARRESSTED BUT THEY DIDNT BECAUSE WHEN I SHOWED THEM THE PICTURE I PRINTED OFF MY COMPUTER IT WAS NOT A MATCH NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!! and they told me to make a police report and carry it with me and when they checked theyr system it showed the person was using a different ss# and thats the only reason i wasnt arrested so dont presume to know me or what happend! so yes i think they should drop the warrent if that person has theyr own name find them and take it off my record thats not fair to me or my family! i have no criminal record till this person started using my info! i dont think its a usless lawsuit for your information i believe i would win because that doesnt make sense why they would keep a warrent under my name when i wasznt the perpitrator and it was stolen identity!!!

So, find the attorney that feels as outraged as you do about the fact that a criminal stole your identity and the county failed to arrest you recognizing that a criminal stole your identity. Rather than commending the county for not arresting you, but listening to you, you want to sue the county. So, locate the attorney, pay him his money and move forward with your lawsuit. Don't worry about how his/her office looks, all you need to worry about is his/her outrage. Good luck.
