Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

My minor son has a protective order for stalking granted against him for stalking a neighbor girl. He is required to stay 75 yards from her, her house etcetera .

The girl and parent who petitioned for the order have been repeatedly seen outside our home. My question is are they violating the order? Does the order of 75 yards also apply to them when we are in our own home?

Does the order say that?

They are not violating the order, unless the order is a mutual stay-away order. A little problem with the law: The supposed victim in the protective order can continue to contact the perpetrator with no repercussions. Good luck.
