Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
this morning some kids in my neighborhood threw a bottle at my house trying to break my front window. one of them was supposedly arrested and we were given a court date. is there any way we can see if it was accurate?

If what was accurate? The arrest? If the child was arrested, you should be called to court to testify for the State against that child and or there should be some sort of restitution involved in their (the child's) disposition.
