My mother died and my sister lived with her and stills lives in the home there is no will and my sister some how had my mothers car title transfered into her name what can i do

You posted under criminal law which is why probate lawyers never saw your question. This is NOT a criminal case. You need to see a probate lawyer ASAP. Depending on how the home was titled and other things, you may have an interest in the home, and you may have a right to challenge the car transfer. Delay is your enemy.
