Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

My mother was wrongfully acused of misorderly conduct in a Public Storage office. She was arrested and bailed ou. She would now like to fight the case. The public storage has or should have footage of the incident. How could i get that footage

If she sued the storage company (I assume this is the target party), you would then have civil discovery as a part of the lawsuit, and could request production of any footage that was taken and was within the defendant's control. Sounds like a tough case, though, so good luck.
