The place my husband was staying the lady gave him the keys to her car and ask him to detail her car and oil change. To get ready to go out of town. It was very late and he had ran out of gas so call the lady and told her what was going on. She then told me I could drive her car to her. If I wanted to I told her he would be on his way back. Come to find she had reported the car. Early in the night and they arrested him when he was on his way back home were he stayed with her he is charged with theft by conception

You didn't ask a question so there's nothing to answer, but a few comments I hope help. There's no such thing as theft by conception (did you mean conversion, deception, taking, etc.) In any event it sounds likes he's having an affair, you for some reason want to help him anyway, If he got arrested, he needs a lawyer sincehecouldgo to prison, and it sounds like you need a divorce lawyer. The two of you can't hire the same lawyers. Good luck.

Your story doesn't make any sense. The owner of the vehicle reported the vehicle stolen after she gave it to your husband to service and clean, with too little gas. Your husband never looked at the gas gauge, and drove the vehicle until it ran out of gas, then abandoned the vehicle. How did you get involved? She reported the car stolen before it ran out of gas? The story makes no sense. The grammar in the question is all cockeyed. Try again.
